General Provisions

These terms and conditions are a binding legal document that applies to all users of the kesino platform and its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on kesino, you agree to all clauses of these terms.

kesino reserves the right to change, revise, or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the site if any changes are made. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on kesino, you must meet the following conditions. Each user may create only one account. Operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Usernames that are obscene, offensive, or likely to cause confusion with another user are not permitted.
• The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests entirely with the user.
• Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and any unauthorised access must be reported to kesino immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kesino reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security purposes. Copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account, and any balance may be forfeited.

Age Requirement

kesino firmly believes that protecting minors from gambling is an ethical responsibility. If an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be declared void.

kesino may ask for valid identification at any time to verify age. Concealing or falsifying age-related information is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

kesino currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, various scheduled banks are accepted including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or other digital currencies are not currently supported.
• Make sure to use the correct reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds are generally sent within 1 hour of a successful request. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related funds. A withdrawal request made before the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled may be cancelled. Detailed bonus rules are described in Section 5.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts at kesino receive a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a total of ৳22,500 in wagering is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not to be treated as direct cash — they can only be used for betting.
• If an account is closed before wagering is complete, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or account sharing may result in both accounts being closed.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

Betting Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is placed on kesino, it is considered final. No bet can be cancelled except for technical reasons or network outages. In live betting, odds may change at any moment and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be returned. kesino's decision is final when settling bets on incomplete events.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

For slots, live casino, fishing games, or any other casino games, each game's own rules apply and can be found in the game interface. If a game session is incomplete due to a technical fault, kesino will verify the logs and settle accordingly. RTP (Return to Player) varies by game and is noted in the game information.

If any technical fault, game bug, or server issue results in an abnormal win, kesino reserves the right to cancel that round. Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities is a serious violation.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Operating more than one account for the same person.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting loopholes in bonus terms ("bonus arbitrage").
• Stealing another user's identity or gaining unauthorised access to their account.
• Attempting to breach the site's security through hacking, DDoS attacks, or any other means.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour directed at other users on the platform.
• Attempting to secure a guaranteed risk-free profit ("arbitrage") by placing bets on both sides of the same event.

If kesino identifies any of the above violations, the account may be suspended without a prior investigation. If the violation is proven in a subsequent investigation, the account will be permanently closed along with any balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by kesino

kesino may immediately suspend or permanently close any account due to prohibited activities listed in Section 7, providing false information, violating the age requirement, or non-cooperation with identity verification.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, send a request to the support team directly via live chat or email. Any pending bonuses will be forfeited before the account is closed, but a valid balance will be returned.
